2-Car Modular Garage
The Modular 2-Car Garage is shown as a 24x26 with almond vinyl siding, white trim, slate shingles. This building is shown with the following upgrades, windows in the garage doors and arch glass window in the man door are extra. Call for shipping and set up prices.
One entry door, two garage doors and two 2436 windows with shutters, is standard for our Modular Garages.
The Modular 2-Car Garage is delivered in two halves and bolted together on site. The 2-Car Garage is built with 7' high walls, a plywood floor on 12” on center pressure treated joists and a pressure treated 4x4 base, and Timberline architectural roof shingles with a limited Lifetime Warranty.
